By Jamie Oliver

Let’s Make Pasta turns everyday ingredients into a fun cooking adventure. Following Jamie’s step-by-step approach, kids learn new words like squish, grate, and stir, then lift flaps to see the action unfold. In just five simple steps, tamariki create tasty tomato pasta while learning the basics of cooking in a playful, confidence-building way.

Perfect for introducing even the youngest children to real food and real skills.

How this resource supports tamariki:

  • Builds confidence with simple, achievable cooking steps.
  • Strengthens language development with clear, repeated action words.
  • Encourages healthy eating by making real food fun and accessible.

Getting kids involved in the kitchen helps them build important life skills, explore new foods, and develop a positive relationship with cooking.
