Helping tamariki release big emotions in safe, empowering ways
Emotions aren’t problems to fix - they’re messages to understand. Let It Flow helps tamariki learn that all feelings are normal, and that there are ways to safely express what’s going on inside.
This book is full of creative, accessible ideas of how to release emotional energy - moving, shaking, scribbling, stomping, and more - helping kids learn to ride the waves of strong feelings without being overwhelmed by them or doing anything that may be destructive or hurth others.
How this product supports tamariki:
Use this book with your child when emotions are running high, or as a gentle conversation starter during calm times. Explore different ways to ‘let it out’ together, and notice which ones help your child feel lighter or more in control. It's a practical tool for building emotional regulation skills and for reassuring your child that all feelings are welcome.
