Absolutely!
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order then please email kiaora@whanaucompass.org.nz, letting us know you’d like to return an item, we will then provide you with a return address for that order and will provide you with a full refund for the item (not including the shipping cost).
We are happy to exchange or refund your items within 30 days of your purchase provided they can be returned to us in their original packaging and "as new" condition.
