A wellbeing journal to help tamariki grow from the inside out

The Being Me Journal is packed with over 100 pages of fun and meaningful prompts, recipes, quotes, and activities that encourage tamariki to explore who they are, what they value, and how they feel.

Created with New Zealand kids in mind, it also includes messages from inspiring Kiwis, including Jacinda Ardern, Eliza McCartney, and Sir Peter Jackson - helping children feel supported and uplifted as they explore their own identity and wellbeing.

How this resource supports our tamariki:

Set aside time each week to do a page together or check in on what your child has written. Journaling can be a quiet but powerful way for kids to process what’s going on inside, and a lovely invitation for parents to learn more about what matters most to their tamariki.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to courier services (at times) being unreliable, we have overestimated delivery timeframes to do our best to ensure your expectations are met.

  • Canterbury: 2-4 working days
  • South Island: 2-5 working days
  • North Island 4-6 working days

Can I return items from my order?

Absolutely!

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order then please email kiaora@whanaucompass.org.nz, letting us know you’d like to return an item, we will then provide you with a return address for that order and will provide you with a full refund for the item (not including the shipping cost).
